Co-design

Co-design is a participatory process based on equal collaboration between participants affected by, or attempting to, solve a particular challenge. The co-design approach enables a wide range of users/customers/business/stakeholders to make a creative contribution in the formulation of a solution for a specific challenge. A key component of co-design is that participants, as 'experts' of their own experience, become central to the design process.

My expertise is based on co-design processes I have developed and facilitated with communities, organizations and their stakeholders across Europe and Northern Africa at the Migrationlab Foundation since 2015.
